- Sun-baked powder coat chalking and fading. West- and south-facing runs in Aliante and Tule Springs take brutal afternoon sun from May through September. The powder coat on Jerith aluminum pickets and posts will eventually chalk and fade, especially on HOA perimeter fencing with zero shade. We color-match and re-coat badly faded sections, or replace pickets and caps with genuine Jerith profiles when the finish is past saving.
- Post footings that heave or lean. The valley’s expansive clay shrinks and swells with moisture.
