Why Henderson Homeowners Choose Toto Construction
We’re an independent Toto construction and service provider offering Toto repair in Henderson, specializing in Toto toilets, Washlet bidet seats, and Neorest integrated smart fixtures. Our team handles everything from hard-water valve failures and flange leaks to full bathroom remodels built around Toto products. If you own a Toto Drake that won’t stop running, a Washlet with a dead control panel, or you’re planning a Henderson bathroom remodel and want Toto fixtures installed correctly the first time, call (833) 734-5541 for a free estimate. We are not authorized, endorsed, or partnered with Toto. What we are is a Henderson general contractor that has installed and serviced enough of these fixtures to know exactly how they behave in Southern Nevada’s hard water, and how to fix them without voiding your warranty or cutting corners.
Why Trust Slatestone Contractors for Your Toto Construction?
Our crew has installed and serviced Toto toilets, bidets, and washlets across Henderson for years, so we know the specific supply-line, valve, and seat issues these fixtures develop in Southern Nevada’s hard water. We’re an independent contractor, not authorized, endorsed, or partnered with Toto, and we diagnose every unit on its own merits. That independence means we tell you when a $14 OEM fill valve solves the problem, and when a $2,100 Neorest control board means you should think hard about replacement instead.
Brent Calloway, our owner, grew up in the Green Valley area of Henderson back when the neighborhood was still finding its footing, and he never left. He learned the trade through the construction technology program at College of Southern Nevada, picking up hands-on framing and systems knowledge that classroom theory alone doesn’t teach. When Brent started Slatestone, the point was to build a crew small enough to actually stand behind every job, whether you need Toto repair in Whitney or anywhere in the valley. That’s why a Toto service call from us is handled by someone who has seen the same mineral-caked fill valve in a dozen Henderson homes this year, and knows the difference between a bad flapper and a failing flange without guessing.
We carry the same specification-grade mindset into every bathroom project. Whether it’s a Toto Drake two-piece in a Green Valley tract home or a Neorest in an Anthem remodel, we treat it like commercial work: documented, precise, and warrantied.

Common Toto Construction Problems We Fix in Henderson
Here’s what we actually see in Henderson bathrooms week after week. If any of these sound familiar, call us before a small problem turns into a subfloor repair.
- Fill and flush valve wear from hard water scale in Drake and Ultramax tanks. Southern Nevada water is hard enough to leave a visible mineral ring in a toilet tank within months. That scale builds up on Toto fill valves and flush valves, causing weak flushes, continuous running, or that phantom refill you hear at 3 a.m. The fix is usually an OEM Toto valve swap, not a new toilet.
- Washlet control panels and bidet seats failing after mineral buildup and moisture exposure. Henderson bathrooms see real humidity swings. The C-series and S-series Washlet seats have control panels and internal pumps that don’t love mineral-laden water or condensation. We’ve diagnosed seats where the cleaning wand still worked but the heated seat circuit was dead from scale. Sometimes it’s a board, sometimes it’s a full seat replacement. We price both and tell you the honest math.
- Wax ring and flange seal failures leading to slow base leaks. This is the one that does real damage. In older Henderson homes near Water Street and downtown, the waste flanges are often cast iron or offset, meaning a Toto toilet installed years ago may not be sitting flush on a sound seal. A slow wax ring leak rots the subfloor quietly. If you smell something faint or see a damp spot at the base, don’t wait.
- Supply-line and shut-off valve corrosion during a bath remodel. We’ve lost count of how many simple Toto toilet swaps in Henderson turned into small plumbing repairs because the old supply line and angle stop were corroded to the point of failure. In older block homes and fast-cycle 1990s tract builds alike, these valves are often the original builder grade. We replace them when we see them, because leaving a corroded shut-off valve behind a new Toto fixture is a leak waiting for the next monsoon season.
- Flange failures under slab-on-grade foundations. Nearly every Henderson home in Green Valley and Anthem sits on slab-on-grade. When a flange cracks or the closet bolts pull out, you’re not just replacing a wax ring. The repair often means anchoring a new flange into the slab, and in some cases we’re also addressing the stucco and tile around the base. This is one of the few Toto fixture repairs where we recommend pulling a permit and having the work inspected, because a botched flange repair on a slab leaks straight into the floor assembly.
Toto Parts & Our Repair-vs-Replace Approach
We use OEM Toto fill valves, flush valves, and gaskets whenever they’re available, because those parts match the engineered tolerances of Drake and Ultramax tanks. A generic fill valve might work for a while, but Toto’s 3-inch flush valve and its specific water level calibration are not accidental. The wrong valve changes flush performance, and in some cases it voids the fixture warranty if Toto determines the cause of a later failure. So we default to OEM.
For Washlet seats and Neorest electronics, we price OEM replacement boards and pumps against a full fixture replacement, side by side. Toto’s parts can get expensive fast. A Neorest control board is not a $40 part. When the repair cost approaches half the price of a new Toto fixture, we tell you honestly. Replacement is often the better long-term spend, and we’d rather have a client who trusts our math than one who paid us to patch a dying unit. If you’re not sure which side of that line your Toto sits on, call (833) 734-5541 and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Our Toto Service Process – Step by Step
- 1
Diagnosis. We start by testing the actual flush, fill, and bidet function in your Henderson home, checking water level calibration against Toto’s spec, and inspecting the flange, supply line, and shut-off valve. Hard-water scale and flange condition tell us most of what we need to know before we touch a tool.
- 2
Repair or install. For a Drake or Ultramax, that’s usually an OEM valve, gasket, or flapper swap done the same visit. For a Washlet or Neorest, we quote board or pump replacement against fixture replacement before any parts are ordered. For a full remodel, we coordinate the Toto fixture install with the tiling, waterproofing, and vanity work so the toilet goes in once, correctly, after the trades in front of it are done.
- 3
Test. We run multiple flush cycles, check the water level against the tank’s marked line, verify no base leak after 24 hours, and for Washlet seats we test the heated seat, wand operation, and remote pairing. A Toto fixture that works in the showroom but not in your bathroom helps no one.
- 4
Warranty. We back our workmanship in writing. OEM Toto parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our install labor is covered separately. If a flange or supply-line issue shows up later, we come back. Build it right the first time. The desert has a long memory.

AfterToto Products We Service & Install in Henderson
The fixtures we see most often in Henderson homes are the Toto Drake two-piece, the Ultramax one-piece, Washlet bidet seats in both the S-series and C-series, and the Neorest integrated smart toilet in higher-end Anthem, Seven Hills, and Toto in Paradise remodels. We service all of them, and we install them as part of full bathroom remodels, walk-in shower projects, and vanity replacements. We stock common OEM fill valves, flush valves, and flappers locally so a Drake or Ultramax valve fix usually doesn’t wait on a parts order. Washlet seats and Neorest electronics we order per job, because stocking a $600 board in advance is how you end up with the wrong revision for the serial number you’re actually servicing.
We Also Service These Brands
Toto is one piece of what we do. Slatestone Contractors works with 50+ name-brand material partners across every major home system, so when a Henderson bathroom remodel touches cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, tile, or a walk-in shower, we’re already carrying the relationships for KraftMaid cabinetry, Cambria and Silestone countertops, and Kohler fixtures. One contractor. Every system.
FAQs – Toto Construction Service in Henderson
Most Toto Washlet seats install on existing Toto toilets, and on many elongated non-Toto bowls as well, as long as the bowl shape and plumbing rough-in match the seat’s mounting plate. We check the existing toilet’s dimensions, the shut-off valve condition, and whether you have a GFCI outlet near the toilet before we recommend anything. The one thing we won’t do is force a Washlet onto a toilet with a failing flange or a corroded shut-off valve, because the seat’s water connection adds one more point of failure to a base that’s already compromised. Call (833) 734-5541 and we’ll tell you if your existing setup works.
It depends on what’s actually failed. A Neorest that won’t flush but still powers the seat usually points to a bad flush motor or control board. A dead remote with a functioning manual flush may be a board, a sensor, or a seat-side pairing issue. Repairs on Neorest units rarely cost less than several hundred dollars once you factor in OEM parts and labor, and a full control board can run well past $1,000 on newer models. We price the repair and a replacement side by side every time. If the repair approaches half the cost of a new Neorest, we’ll tell you that replacing is the smarter spend. Call (833) 734-5541 for a diagnostic visit.
A running Drake is almost always a scaled fill valve, a warped flapper, or both. Henderson’s hard water deposits mineral buildup inside the tank, which keeps the fill valve from seating fully or wears the flapper until it leaks water into the bowl. This is not a remodel problem. It’s a valve replacement, and it usually takes one visit. That said, if the toilet is in a bathroom you’re planning to remodel anyway, we’ll fold the valve repair into the larger scope and replace the supply line and shut-off valve at the same time. Call (833) 734-5541 and we’ll tell you whether you need a valve or a full bathroom plan.
Usually yes. Tile work and shower waterproofing need a clean floor surface, and a toilet sitting in the middle of the new tile layout is a trip hazard and a dust trap. We pull the Toto toilet, cap the waste line properly, and reset the fixture on a new wax ring and closet bolt set once the tile is down and cured. This is also the cheapest moment to replace a failing flange or a corroded supply line, because the toilet is already up and the labor to access those parts is already part of the job.
We can, but we don’t recommend it, and we’ll tell you why before we touch it. Toto’s 3-inch flush system and tank calibration are engineered around its own valve specifications. A generic fill valve changes the water level, which changes the flush force, and if a later failure is traced back to an aftermarket part, Toto can decline warranty coverage on the fixture. The savings on a generic fill valve are usually $10 to $20. We don’t think that’s worth a weaker flush and a voided warranty. If you insist, we’ll install what you want, but our default is OEM because that’s what keeps a Toto working like a Toto. For a free estimate on any Toto repair, call (833) 734-5541.
Standalone Boulder City Toto service calls and Henderson visits are charged by the job, not by the hour, and common repairs like a fill valve or flapper swap typically stay in the low hundreds with parts and labor. Larger work that involves Toto fixtures looks like this:
| Project | Typical Henderson Range |
|---|---|
| Bathroom Remodel | $9,000 – $28,000 |
| Walk-In Shower Installation | $4,500 – $12,000 |
| Bathroom Vanity Installation | $800 – $3,000 |
| Small Bathroom Remodel | $5,000 – $12,000 |
| Shower Replacement | $3,000 – $8,500 |
Those ranges cover most of the Henderson homes we work in, from Green Valley and Anthem tract builds to older block homes near Water Street. Every project gets a written line-item quote before work starts, and the price doesn’t change once we begin unless you add scope. For an exact number on your project, call (833) 734-5541.
